They are designed on a CAD/CAM system and manufactured with CNC punching and pressing facilities to guarantee quality and long product life, so you can depend on it to secure your premises as intended with one of our metal fire doors.

Certified to LPS1175 SR2 and Secured by Design Compliant.
Security rated for high-risk locations, custom made to suit existing structural openings, all doors are designed on a CAD / CAM system and manufactured with CNC punching and pressing facilities to guarantee quality and long product life.

As standard single door frames come pre-assembled and double door frames come in knockdown form.
Door frames
The welded frame is made from reinforced 1.5mm galvanised steel and a 38mm x 100mm single rebated profile. It is reinforced at the hinges, lock keeps and fixing points.
Door leaves
Manufactured from 1.5mm galvanised attack face steel with 1.5mm inner face, the composite door leaf is 45mm thick with astragal lip to the closing edge. . It weighs approximately 40kg per square metre
HARDWARE
All of our Security doorsets come as standard with a high security certified lock, cylinder and lever handle. Additional locks can also be added to single, leaf and half and double doors to increase security. Optional panic exit hardware and access control locking is available
HINGES
As standard doors are supplied with a minimum of 3 security dog bolt hinges
CILL
All doorsets come as standard with a DDA Compliant threshold, other threshold options are available
Vision & louvered panels
Our steel security doors can be fitted with vision panels in a wide range of sizes and glazing options. They can also be fitted with louvered panels in a wide range of sizes with or without fly/insect mesh.
Side & over panels
Our steel security exit doors can be supplied with side and/or over panels either solid or louvred
Optional extra’s
Our steel security rated doors can also be fitted with additional locking, door closers, limit stays, kick plates, rain deflectors, drop bars, spy holes, finger protection strips, and more items that are available on request.
